Payment
- Cash, check, or credit card at time of drop off
- Online through PayPal or credit card
Prohibited items
- Hazardous or toxic waste as defined by local, state or federal laws or regulations
- Hazardous wastes are materials that are ignitable, corrosive , reactive or toxic, as well as listed wastes such as pesticides, herbicides, solvents and their containers
- Hazardous wast containers/labels
- Explosives, ammunition and firearms
- Low-level radioactive waste and radioactive labeled containers
- PCBs or materials containing PCBs (including, but not limited to , ballasts and transformers)
- Lead acid batteries
- Liquid wastes (or free liquids of any type ex. cement or plaster)
- Sewage and septic waste including raw manure
- Oil-based paint
- Used oil
- Materials that adversely affect the liner or leachate system
- Appliances containing freon
- New or used tires
- Barrels or drums that contain any substance, barrel and drum must be compressed flat
- Any material containing asbestos
- Medical waste
- Compostable items: leaves,dirt, etc
Rental times
Each dumpster is set for a two week time period unless prior arrangements are made. A dumpster can be picked up earlier at the request of the property owner.
Liability
Even though our dumpsters are driveway safe EK Disposal Services LLC is not liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the dumpster placement. We are also not responsible for any injury from using the dumpster properly or improperly.
Load requirments
No material can be placed above the top rail of the dumpster. Also, no material can stick out from the front, back or any sides of the dumpster.
